If you want to learn practical self-defense that really works, regardless of your size and strength, this is THE place for you. Enrolling in the Jukido Jujitsu Academy is one of the best things you can possibly do for yourself or your kids. These skills could save your life one day. And much of what you learn (focus, confidence, situational awareness, never-give-up attitude) will start positively impacting your day-to-day life right away. This is a place for building character, courage, self-esteem, respect, and true friendships. I'm constantly amazed. Every moment is incredibly fun and inspiring, and always with a rock-solid foundation of useful, realistic self-defense training. You will find your limits and push past them. You will discover an even better version of you. You will learn how to defend yourself and those you care about. All the while smiling and having an amazing time with lifelong friends.

How can we make this short and sweet - I can't!! Master Rego is not only an awesome Sensai, he has a wonderful personality to boot. He truly tries to bring out the best in each and every one of his students. Knowing their capabilities but still pushes them to go above and beyond. We, as parents have seen a difference in our girls and are very happy that they are in his hands. There are many other Dojos out there, but Jukido Academy far surpasses them all. Thank you for the experience.

My son comes home everyday after school asking if we are going to Jukido, it’s something he looks up to during the week. After each session he tells me everything that he’s learning, the people he meets, and how much fun he has in the dojo. He was very shy at first but Sensei Rego and the staff made him feel at home. Master Rego has been a complete blessing to our family for the last 4 years. Our son started at Jukido Academy at 6 years old and now our daughter is there too! George Rego doesn’t just run a business, he truly cares about the kids and sees that they meet all the qualifications individually before advancing them to the next belt. My kids love going and come home proud to show us the new techniques they learn. Not only does he teach discipline but self-respect and kindness too! He is the best of the best!!

It's been close to 20 years since I stepped foot into what I believe was Sensei Rego's FIRST dojo in Palm Coast. As long ago as that was, his lessons of honor, hard work, and perseverance still stick with me today at almost 30 years old. His dojo isn't just a big room with mats and mirrors to practice Randori, it's a community and a family. And I still feel like a part if this family 20 years later.
